Lisa Biagiotti is currently the executive editor of worldfocus.org, the companion website to Worldfocus on PBS, a new international daily news show.
Biagiotti
has worked in the areas of media, marketing and financial services. Most recently, she produced online content for the PBS foreign affairs documentary series Wide Angle, the online magazine NYC24 and the blog Junction BLVD. She also co-produced City Picklers, a Web site dedicated pickles and culture.
In 2001, Biagiotti received a Fulbright grant to research Muslim immigration in Italy, and currently serves on the New York board of the Fulbright Association. She holds a master's degree in journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, where she teaches a course on new media.
